The Creston J Walker Foundation is a 501(c)3 Non Profit organization founded in 2005. The foundation was established to help families who have children that have been diagnosed with cancer. All of our resources come from people like you, business leaders, community groups and concerned citizens who are committed to changing the impact cancer has on children and those who love and care for them. You can support the Creston J. Walker Foundation by attending our main event, The Creston Classic Golf Tournament, or by making a donation at any time. All donations are tax exempt.

How do I participate?
You can register and pay for the tournament online, by clicking on the golf tournament box. You can also sign up to sponsor a hole, or make a donation by clicking either the golf tournament box or the Donate Now box.

All registration forms must be sent no later than May 1st 2012! It's very important that monies are accompanied with the form.
